Boruc Klimkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After some careless play in the Främlingslegionen BK defense, Denis Stanislao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Boruc Klimkiewicz. The Främlingslegionen BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Boruc Klimkiewicz should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Stanislao in the 10th minute of play forced Främlingslegionen BK's goalkeeper Boruc Klimkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 11 minutes Främlingslegionen BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hernan Crespo who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristopher Cornell got free with Santos Sidro in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the match, Denis Stanislao notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Främlingslegionen BK's Boruc Klimkiewicz. Boruc Klimkiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Santos Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rikard Lange, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Stanislao in the 24th minute of play forced Främlingslegionen BK's goalkeeper Boruc Klimkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Santos Sidro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Främlingslegionen BK's Boruc Klimkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Stanislao in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match Sacronas Futbol Club got a corner. Främlingslegionen BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hernan Crespo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Melker Björkman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Främlingslegionen BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Melker Björkman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santos Sidro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saul Merexildo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eddie Åman got free with Santos Sidro in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Denis Stanislao kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Kristopher Cornell struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Santos Sidro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Främlingslegionen BK. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Främlingslegionen BK's goalkeeper Boruc Klimkiewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner led Sacronas Futbol Club's Hernan Crespo to fire away a dangerous shot which Boruc Klimkiewicz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sacronas Futbol Club's Santos Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Skoog in the 62nd minute of play. When Jack Haraldsson fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Främlingslegionen BK's protests and gave Jack Haraldsson a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Främlingslegionen BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sacronas Futbol Club:s goal. Boruc Klimkiewicz had in the 65thth minute some difficulties stopping Hernan Crespo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Lore got free with Boruc Klimkiewicz in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santos Sidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristopher Cornell in the 78th minute of play. Boruc Klimkiewicz came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Sacronas Futbol Club's Denis Stanislao. But to his dismay, Denis Stanislao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 85 minutes into the game, Eddie Åman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Santos Sidro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Eddie Åman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th match minute, Främlingslegionen BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristopher Cornell to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Främlingslegionen BK lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
