Mikrochórion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lionel Haaland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 6 minutes, Rayko Tzolovski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SPARROWS and the Mikrochórion players grew even worse after the yellow card. SPARROWS:s Apostol Sokolov showed great skill when he stopped Douglas Basso:s penalty. Apostol Sokolov came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Mikrochórion's Douglas Basso. But to his dismay, Douglas Basso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind SPARROWS's goalkeeper Apostol Sokolov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aan 周瑜 in the 16th minute of play forced Mikrochórion's goalkeeper Paris Chatzinikolaou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Tinglöv in the 18th minute of play forced Mikrochórion's goalkeeper Paris Chatzinikolaou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apostol Sokolov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Douglas Basso's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Douglas Basso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mikrochórion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Douglas Basso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paris Chatzinikolaou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Tinglöv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Douglas Basso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apostol Sokolov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Lionel Haaland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paris Chatzinikolaou having to interfere. Johan Verhaghe kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Apostol Sokolov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themis Abelas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind SPARROWS's goalkeeper Apostol Sokolov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mincho Strahinov kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After 52 played minutes, Mikrochórion's Ramiro Parga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Apostol Sokolov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mikrochórion reached it. After 53 minutes of play SPARROWS's Rayko Tzolovski was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to SPARROWS getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Rayko Tzolovski hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes SPARROWS got a freekick which was hit by Mincho Strahinov. Apostol Sokolov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Basso, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mincho Strahinov during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mincho Strahinov hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th match minute, Mikrochórion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Themis Abelas to maneuver through the defense. Sid Wilson kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Mikrochórion's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Tinglöv came free, but Paris Chatzinikolaou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SPARROWS's Milcho Vúlovski was substituted for Dinko Velev. After some careless play in the SPARROWS defense, Douglas Basso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Apostol Sokolov. The SPARROWS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Apostol Sokolov should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Basso in the 85th minute of play forced SPARROWS's goalkeeper Apostol Sokolov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th match minute, Mikrochórion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Themis Abelas to maneuver through the defense. The corner ended in Ramiro Parga almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SPARROWS's Apostol Sokolov did a great save. Many of SPARROWS's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. SPARROWS may have spent more time on the ball, but Mikrochórion were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
