When the match had been going on for 15 minutes, lןןl Banfield Drillers's Benedicto Heli got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mauricio Primeiro. With a little luck, Soflov FC's Mauricio Primeiro got control of the ball when Marcos Vergaray tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Angel Christobal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mauricio Primeiro. That made the score 2-1 in the 21 minute of play. After 26 played minutes Soflov FC got a freekick which was hit by Elias Leheren. lןןl Banfield Drillers were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Soflov FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Benedicto Heli took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Soflov FC's goalie and right to Julio Gomesano. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Soflov FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 31st match minute, Soflov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Farias to maneuver through the defense. lןןl Banfield Drillers's Ismael Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Ferman in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Marcos Vergaray notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Soflov FC's Mauricio Primeiro. Mauricio Primeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angel Christobal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 40th playminute. After a rather tough play, Soflov FC's Primitivo Farias got a free kick in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerardo Ferman to strike the kick off in the second half. Mauricio Primeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Iaki, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 66th minute Marcos Vergaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Primeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Gaudencio Iaki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, lןןl Banfield Drillers's Ismael Fe got control of the ball when Gerardo Ferman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mauricio Primeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Vergaray in the 80th minute of the match. Mauricio Primeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Iaki in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Gerardo Ferman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ismael Fe, 5-2. Gerardo Ferman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Fe having to interfere. The referee gave lןןl Banfield Drillers a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Benedicto Heli, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Soflov FC's Mauricio Primeiro. 6-2.
