Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Intxixu Huarte made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 5th match minute, Flames FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Hood to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Intxixu Huarte in the 12th minute of play forced Flames FC's goalkeeper Denver Gagnon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Socavon FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Telmo Miramontes in the 13th minute. A nice corner shot did that Telmo Miramontes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Denver Gagnon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Socavon FC's Zuhaitz Artiaga got a free kick in the 17th minute. Telmo Miramontes hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Intxixu Huarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the match, Flames FC's goal looked a bit too open when Intxixu Huarte came free, but Denver Gagnon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Intxixu Huarte put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Denver Gagnon. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Lisandro Bricianos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Socavon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Bricianos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denver Gagnon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute of the match Timothy Flyte shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Denver Gagnon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Socavon FC's Mijailo Mudryk got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Denver Gagnon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Intxixu Huarte in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes Flames FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Telmo Miramontes who took care of the corner kick. Socavon FC's Santo Pablo got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zuhaitz Artiaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Denver Gagnon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Intxixu Huarte took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denver Gagnon. Denver Gagnon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ambrose Keen made a kick off. A collision led to Flames FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ellsworth Erwin hit a great ball. With his leg Denver Gagnon managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Socavon FC's Intxixu Huarte fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Denver Gagnon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Espiridion Ascot in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute of the match, Mijailo Mudryk tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Denver Gagnon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Zuhaitz Artiaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Denver Gagnon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flames FC made a substitution. Aimé Ham replaced Ellsworth Erwin. Zuhaitz Artiaga hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 73rd match minute, Flames FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jewell Matson to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Socavon FC's Telmo Miramontes tried to score from far away in the 74th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Espiridion Ascot's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Denver Gagnon firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mijailo Mudryk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Denver Gagnon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Intxixu Huarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Socavon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Intxixu Huarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denver Gagnon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, Socavon FC's Intxixu Huarte ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Denver Gagnon. Denver Gagnon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Bill Peterson hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When Telmo Miramontes came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Socavon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Telmo Miramontes couldn't finish the play. Intxixu Huarte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Denver Gagnon made a huge save. A collision led to Socavon FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Mijailo Mudryk hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zuhaitz Artiaga got free with Denver Gagnon in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Flames FC booed when Socavon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timothy Flyte didn't get a good kick on the ball.
