In the 36thth minute of the game Richard Hammarström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ghost Hunters's Jonatan Stål was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mattias Borglin came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Anders Martinsson could save by the left post. 46 minutes into the match, Shqiponja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Thorsberg came free, but Anders Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Ghost Hunters's Dennis Lindkvist was substituted for Niclas Abrahamsson. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anders Appelgren made a kick off. Krister Sandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Rune Brovall took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anders Martinsson. Shqiponja FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Victor Wenerdahl fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ghost Hunters's protests and gave Victor Wenerdahl a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Shqiponja FC booed when Ghost Hunters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Wenerdahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Anders Appelgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ghost Hunters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anders Appelgren in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anders Martinsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anders Martinsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anders Appelgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 played minutes Ghost Hunters got a freekick which was hit by Anders Appelgren. In the 78th minute, Anders Appelgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ghost Hunters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Sören Kalfhage charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sören Kalfhage the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 84 played minutes Shqiponja FC got a freekick which was hit by Sören Kalfhage. 86 minutes into the match, Shqiponja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Appelgren came free, but Anders Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anders Martinsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Appelgren in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Ghost Hunters booed when Shqiponja FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Ek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt Kellbom kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. Many of Shqiponja FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Shqiponja FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Ghost Hunters were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
