The supporters of Himna FF booed when Hortlax RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Blom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Börge Forss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Wennerberg in the 5th minute of the match. Himna FF's Börge Forss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Wennerberg in the 9th minute of play. Börge Forss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Bergdal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the game, Casper Wennerberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Börge Forss was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the match, Hortlax RK's goalkeeper Edvard Hellgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mats Brodin. In the 24th minute, Mats Brodin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Mikael Bergdal notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Himna FF's Börge Forss. Börge Forss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Bergdal in the 32nd minute of play forced Himna FF's goalkeeper Börge Forss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Malte Blom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börge Forss having to interfere. In the 36th minute Mikael Bergdal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Forss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casper Wennerberg in the 38th minute of play forced Himna FF's goalkeeper Börge Forss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Börge Forss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Wästerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. If Marc Wästerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mats Brodin to strike the kick off in the second half. Börge Forss made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Mikael Bergdal sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Mikael Bergdal took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Börge Forss to make any attempt to save it. Börge Forss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikael Bergdal in the 62nd minute. Ian Abrahamsson kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Himna FF's Börge Forss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Himna FF from getting a goal against them. Ian Abrahamsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvard Hellgren having to make a save. Mats Brodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Edvard Hellgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Börge Forss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casper Wennerberg in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Himna FF's goal looked a bit too open when Malte Blom came free, but Börge Forss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Mats Brodin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malte Blom took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Börge Forss. Himna FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Mikael Bergdal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Börge Forss. Himna FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mikael Bergdal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Hortlax RK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
