Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Simon Tingelholm started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pelle Holm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Torsten Beckeman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Conny Ånger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the game, Paul Käcker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golden Lions FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Djurgården United the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pelle Holm in the 26th minute of play forced Djurgården United's goalkeeper Edgar Gadd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Edgar Gadd managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Golden Lions FC's Christian Thorsberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Thorsberg in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Gadd prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boris Löfgren hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pelle Holm got free with Edgar Gadd in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Djurgården United's Edgar Gadd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelle Holm in the 44th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Golden Lions FC's Edgar Gadd threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Evert Ahlgren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Thorsberg made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Pelle Holm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Gadd. Djurgården United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pelle Holm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 57th minute, Pelle Holm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute, Pelle Holm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Lions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 64th play minutes Christian Thorsberg shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Edgar Gadd and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 67th minute of the match Svante Sigman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Gadd showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 84 played minutes Djurgården United got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Beckeman. Djurgården United's Edgar Gadd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelle Holm in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th minute Pelle Holm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Gadd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
