Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) All Stars Gent's Brecht Van Beneden started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Patrick Tombuer charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrick Tombuer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, All Stars Gent's Patrick Tombuer got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Jan-Simon Backers kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th play minute Yorrick Borker came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Andreas Meynen. 1-0. A collision led to All Stars Gent getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Jan-Simon Backers hit a great ball. In the 13th play minute Antoon van Zelst came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Andreas Meynen. 2-0. All Stars Gent's Andreas Meynen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save All Stars Gent from getting a goal against them. Patrick Tombuer scored 2-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ton Terpstra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Andreas Meynen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yorrick Borker showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 30 minute of play. Ton Terpstra came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by All Stars Gent's Brecht Van Beneden. But to his dismay, Brecht Van Beneden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Ton Terpstra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brecht Van Beneden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yorrick Borker in the 45th minute of play forced All Stars Gent's goalkeeper Andreas Meynen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorre Degraef charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorre Degraef the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Jorre Degraef hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, All Stars Gent's goal looked a bit too open when Antoon van Zelst came free, but Andreas Meynen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andreas Meynen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yorrick Borker went, in the 49th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yorrick Borker to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Young Benefica getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alfred Tellingen hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Jan-Simon Backers reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ton Terpstra. The goal made the score 4-3. With a little luck, Young Benefica's Ton Terpstra got control of the ball when Patrick Tombuer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan-Simon Backers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ton Terpstra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Simon Backers in the 76th minute of play forced Young Benefica's goalkeeper Ton Terpstra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Young Benefica's Ton Terpstra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Simon Backers in the 76th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Gunther Hollants heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Jan-Simon Backers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ton Terpstra having to make a save. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 82nd minute, but Ton Terpstra got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Young Benefica hanging dry this time. When Jan-Simon Backers came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the All Stars Gent fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Simon Backers couldn't finish the play. Ton Terpstra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Simon Backers in the 87th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as All Stars Gent's Ernest Tailleur slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ton Terpstra. That made the score 4-4 after 89 minutes of play. Young Benefica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Jan-Simon Backers scored to the left of an out of position Ton Terpstra, making the score, 4-5. The Young Benefica supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching All Stars Gent's performance. The match ended with a win for All Stars Gent.
