Yannick Affentranger hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Slavey Polihronov made a precise shot to the right of David Colmano. 1. FC Union Weberei's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Anatoli Solomonov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Silvestro Cippola showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 14 minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Archambault came free, but Anatoli Solomonov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Colmano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slavey Polihronov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anatoli Solomonov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestro Cippola in the 22nd minute of the match. Lilcho Dotzov hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute Gilberto Archambault shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anatoli Solomonov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes VN SOKOLI-VARNA got a freekick which was hit by Slavey Polihronov. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestro Cippola in the 37th minute of play forced VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goalkeeper Anatoli Solomonov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Yannick Affentranger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anatoli Solomonov. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yannick Affentranger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Anatoli Solomonov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Archambault, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Slavey Polihronov in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Slavey Polihronov to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestro Cippola in the 54th minute of play forced VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goalkeeper Anatoli Solomonov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anatoli Solomonov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Archambault, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 66th minute, Gilberto Archambault left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Anatoli Solomonov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garry Buck in the 72nd minute of play. In the 76th minute of the match VN SOKOLI-VARNA got a corner. 1. FC Union Weberei's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nasko Sivov ran over to the corner to take the kick. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Nasko Sivov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but David Colmano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, 1. FC Union Weberei's Silvestro Cippola got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestro Cippola in the 86th minute of play forced VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goalkeeper Anatoli Solomonov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lilcho Dotzov hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Anatoli Solomonov came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by 1. FC Union Weberei's Olof Feldmann. But to his dismay, Olof Feldmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After some careless play in the VN SOKOLI-VARNA defense, Gilberto Archambault kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anatoli Solomonov. The VN SOKOLI-VARNA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anatoli Solomonov should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the 1. FC Union Weberei players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
