José Augusto Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agnaldo Tinoco having to interfere. A collision led to Callegari getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Alexsandro Rodrigues hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the game, Carlos Fernando Luz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Davi Paiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Merusca F&P getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Claudinei Sabóia hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Davi Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Carlos Fernando Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alessandro Cearense fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Callegari's protests and gave Alessandro Cearense a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Carlos Fernando Luz made a precise shot to the right of Davi Paiva. Callegari's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Merusca F&P's Vânderson de Almeida was substituted for Tales Soares. Callegari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Merusca F&P the free kick. After 81 played minutes Callegari got a freekick which was hit by José Augusto Paulista. 83 minutes into the match, Carlos Fernando Luz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Davi Paiva. Callegari's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Fernando Luz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 89 minutes into the match, Callegari's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Salles came free, but Davi Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frederico Moraes during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th match minute, Callegari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederico Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Fernando Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davi Paiva having to interfere. Davi Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Fernando Luz in the 94th minute of the match.
