Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Terrell Tharp in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfred Crowder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 11 minutes, Stacey Geiger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Creekers and the Illinois Bluewaters players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes Creekers got a freekick which was hit by Stacey Geiger. Illinois Bluewaters's Darren Carpenter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Illinois Bluewaters from getting a goal against them. Darren Carpenter was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alfredo Baez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. After having played for 19 minutes, Alfredo Baez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Creekers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Baez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stacey Geiger got free with Darren Carpenter in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Creekers booed when Illinois Bluewaters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terrell Tharp didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Gary Gamble ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Darren Carpenter was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Illinois Bluewaters's Darren Carpenter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Illinois Bluewaters from getting a goal against them. Darren Carpenter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Baez's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Darren Carpenter was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Gary Gamble capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gary Gamble really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Darren Carpenter came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Creekers's Gary Gamble. But to his dismay, Gary Gamble quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Alfredo Baez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Darren Carpenter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Gary Gamble reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Darren Carpenter. The goal made the score 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The wind increased when Alfredo Baez made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Illinois Bluewaters defense, Gary Gamble kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Darren Carpenter. The Illinois Bluewaters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Darren Carpenter should have stopped the shot. 55 minutes into the game, Creekers's Alfredo Baez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Darren Carpenter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Stacey Geiger was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 59th minute, Stacey Geiger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Creekers's Alfred Crowder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarrett Wiggins in the 62nd minute of play. Alfred Crowder made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Terrell Tharp sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute, Gary Gamble hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Marvin Leslie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Creekers's Rudy Trotter managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Travis Rowland in the 76 minute of the game. Darren Carpenter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Baez in the 77th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Alfredo Baez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darren Carpenter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terrell Tharp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfred Crowder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarrett Wiggins in the 87th minute of play. Darren Carpenter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Baez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Creekers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
