Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fortunato Canal took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Kareem Kuhn fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EL LOBO DE MIAMI's protests and gave Kareem Kuhn a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Linterna verde booed when EL LOBO DE MIAMI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kareem Kuhn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walter Dale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fortunato Canal in the 4th minute of the match. A collision led to Linterna verde getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Refugio Balaguer hit a great ball. After having played for 10 minutes, Owen Gill managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Owen Gill was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute, Kareem Weeks ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zoilo Rojica was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Linterna verde's goal looked a bit too open when Lucien Simon came free, but Zoilo Rojica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Zoilo Rojica successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of EL LOBO DE MIAMI booed when Linterna verde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bibiano Abril didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Linterna verde's Zoilo Rojica got control of the ball when Owen Gill tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fortunato Canal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Dale having to interfere. In the 31st minute Generosb Solano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Dale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Linterna verde getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Generosb Solano hit a great ball. Fortunato Canal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucien Simon during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lucien Simon hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Fortunato Canal scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walter Dale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Walter Dale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fortunato Canal in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Douglas Robertson made the kick off in the second half. Zoilo Rojica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucien Simon in the 52nd minute of play. Walter Dale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Generosb Solano went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Fortunato Canals short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Walter Dale to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Linterna verde's Zoilo Rojica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Robertson in the 71st minute of play. Zoilo Rojica didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucien Simon went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Zoilo Rojica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucien Simon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rumaldo Gayoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Dale having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucien Simon in the 83rd minute of play forced Linterna verde's goalkeeper Zoilo Rojica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Linterna verde's Fortunato Canal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Walter Dale. That made the score 2-3 after 87 minutes of play. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Fortunato Canal scored to the left of an out of position Walter Dale, making the score, 2-4.
