Thanos Saatsakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Battal Ballıoğlu in the 3rd minute of the match. Beturian Gabas struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Thanos Saatsakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HACIOFLAZLAR. Thanos Saatsakis came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by HACIOFLAZLAR's Battal Ballıoğlu. But to his dismay, Battal Ballıoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thanos Saatsakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Battal Ballıoğlu in the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sakaryaspor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Beturian Gabas was slow to take the kick. During this time HACIOFLAZLAR's players had a chance to rest. The corner led HACIOFLAZLAR's Beturian Gabas to fire away a dangerous shot which Thanos Saatsakis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 19th match minute, HACIOFLAZLAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deniz Yağınalp to maneuver through the defense. Corderun Sagaseta kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Sakaryaspor booed when HACIOFLAZLAR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vahdet Yalçıner didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Battal Ballıoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thanos Saatsakis. Sakaryaspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Battal Ballıoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Battal Ballıoğlu in the 28th minute of play forced Sakaryaspor's goalkeeper Thanos Saatsakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 minutes Sakaryaspor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Beturian Gabas who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Battal Ballıoğlu in the 40th minute of play forced Sakaryaspor's goalkeeper Thanos Saatsakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanos Saatsakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Battal Ballıoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After the first half HACIOFLAZLAR were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Beturian Gabas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Dinçer Pekel had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 60 minutes of play HACIOFLAZLAR's Corderun Sagaseta was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Sakaryaspor booed when HACIOFLAZLAR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corderun Sagaseta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Çeliker Dölek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Battal Ballıoğlu struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Thanos Saatsakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HACIOFLAZLAR. Battal Ballıoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Beturian Gabas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Battal Ballıoğlu took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Thanos Saatsakis to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Vaagen in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Schumacher prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 92 minutes, Battal Ballıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HACIOFLAZLAR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Battal Ballıoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. HACIOFLAZLAR played a much better game than Sakaryaspor and deserved their victory. The Sakaryaspor players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
