Wladimir Wasilewski made the kick off and thus started the match. Hannan Hamdani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wladimir Wasilewski in the 4th minute. Avisar Tchuva made in the 5th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Luxembourg's Siegfried Knubel. In the 6th minute, Wladimir Wasilewski made a precise shot to the right of Hannan Hamdani. Israel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Israel:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Luxembourg:s goal. In the 11th minute, the referee gave Luxembourg a penalty. Wladimir Wasilewski looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Hannan Hamdani. Israel's Hannan Hamdani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladimir Wasilewski in the 19th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wladimir Wasilewski in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hannan Hamdani saved Israel from getting behind. Israel's Carmel Saba quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jean-Claude Fröhlich, made in the 24th minute of the game. In the 28th minute of the match, Wladimir Wasilewski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hannan Hamdani saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Israel's Hannan Hamdani got control of the ball when Wladimir Wasilewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hannan Hamdani didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Luxembourg's Wladimir Wasilewski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 60th minute Yannick Bartz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannan Hamdani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Wladimir Wasilewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Luxembourg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. A collision led to Israel getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Avisar Tchuva hit a great ball. After 68 minutes of play, Luxembourg's Wladimir Wasilewski made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hannan Hamdani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luxembourg's Zeno Pfützner was substituted for Frankie Majerus. Luxembourg made a substitution. Hannan Hamdani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Luxembourg were the better team. Luxembourg's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
