When Armando Santotis came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Sporting Chilcano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Santotis couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Santotis in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Mackney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sporting Chilcano were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after ROYAL HAWKS F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Modestio Cañucal took the corner. Xabel Almiron hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When Xabel Almiron got the opportunity to take care of a free kick, it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball hit the crossbar and flew out of bounds. Armando Santotis got in the 36th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Rolando Mackney handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Rolando Mackney stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lionel Ronaldo's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 38th minute, Oskarbi Piedrahita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the game, Armando Santotis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rolando Mackney was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rolando Mackney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Santotis, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Armando Santotis hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The ROYAL HAWKS F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sporting Chilcano's performance. The match ended with a win for Sporting Chilcano.
