Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Winston Wade made the kick off and thus started the match. When Hayden Steward came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Flagstaff fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hayden Steward couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wallace Wooten in the 13th minute of play forced Royse City's goalkeeper Alfonzo Nava to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonzo Nava stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wallace Wooten's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. When Flagstaff's Hayden Steward in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Royse City's goalie prevented a goal. Alfonzo Nava took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wallace Wooten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wallace Wooten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Royse City's goal looked a bit too open when Wallace Wooten came free, but Alfonzo Nava reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 played minutes, Royse City's Simon McCain shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dana Duncan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Royse City reached it. A hard and well directed shot from Simon McCain led 24 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Flagstaff's Dana Duncan became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. The audience was convinced that Winston Wade's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dana Duncan was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Dana Duncan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Winston Wade, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Hayden Steward succeeded in the game's 37th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. In the 41st match minute, Royse City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nick Weeks to maneuver through the defense. William Hammer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alfonzo Nava. Royse City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alfonzo Nava made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wallace Wooten in the 46th minute. A collision led to Royse City getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Nick Weeks hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Hayden Steward made the kick off in the second half. Hayden Steward recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Royse City's goal looked a bit too open when Wallace Wooten came free, but Alfonzo Nava reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Hayden Steward left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flagstaff fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Winston Wade's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dana Duncan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, one of Royse City:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some careless play in the Royse City defense, Hayden Steward kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfonzo Nava. The Royse City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfonzo Nava should have stopped the shot. Alfonzo Nava came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Flagstaff's Hayden Steward. But to his dismay, Hayden Steward quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wallace Wooten in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfonzo Nava prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute Hayden Steward shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonzo Nava saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Hayden Steward had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfonzo Nava. Royse City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hayden Steward was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Royse City's Alfonzo Nava played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hayden Steward in the 94th minute of play. But to his dismay, Hayden Steward quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Flagstaff had played much better football throughout.
