The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Glenn Hysén scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vincent Butler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sanford Kohler received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vincent Butler came out and tried to block the shot, but Sanford Kohler slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. Bruce Lee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sinton booed when ☆☆☆ MuLtiPle ScorgasMZ☆☆☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glenn Hysén didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vincent Ellis kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Vilho Korpisalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lanny Gibbons, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Sanford Kohler managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☆☆☆ MuLtiPle ScorgasMZ☆☆☆'s supporters rose to their feet, but Sanford Kohler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincent Butler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lanny Gibbons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sinton's Vincent Butler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Sinton from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Sanford Kohler took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Vincent Butler to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lanny Gibbons stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vincent Butler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sanford Kohler's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Vincent Butler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nigel Seals in the 55th minute of play. Glenn Hysén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sanford Kohler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sanford Kohler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vincent Butler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glenn Hysén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th match minute, Sinton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mike Coles to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Sinton's Vilho Korpisalo threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lanny Gibbons, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Glenn Hysén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 played minutes ☆☆☆ MuLtiPle ScorgasMZ☆☆☆ got a freekick which was hit by Sanford Kohler. After 83 minutes, Jess Wooten mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sinton and the ☆☆☆ MuLtiPle ScorgasMZ☆☆☆ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sanford Kohler might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vincent Butler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sanford Kohler ran back to his position shaking his head. Vincent Ellis hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
