Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cameron Watson kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Van Horn got a freekick which was hit by Stevie Horner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Lott in the 5th minute of play forced Van Horn's goalkeeper Tanner Arden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cameron Watson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tanner Arden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Lott, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Tracy Diaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Cameron Watson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tanner Arden. Van Horn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cameron Watson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 15 minutes, Fabian Lott made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Van Horn's Tanner Arden tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tanner Arden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Lott in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Fabian Lott made a precise shot to the right of Tanner Arden. Van Horn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 26 played minutes Van Horn got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Billings. After having played for 28 minutes, Fabian Lott managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico86's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Lott was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Mexico86 booed when Van Horn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tracy Diaz didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tracy Diaz to strike the kick off in the second half. Tanner Arden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cameron Watson in the 51st minute of the match. Tanner Arden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cameron Watson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Cameron Watson might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tanner Arden. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cameron Watson ran back to his position shaking his head. Fabian Lott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Tanner Arden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cameron Watson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Lott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanner Arden having to interfere. Tanner Arden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cameron Watson in the 75th minute of play. Cameron Watson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fabian Lott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mexico86's Mervin Starkey pulled a muscle in his leg after 82 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Stevie Horner fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Van Horn's protests and gave Stevie Horner a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Van Horn getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Stevie Horner hit a great ball. Tanner Arden was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Willie Mora. Cameron Watson might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tanner Arden. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cameron Watson ran back to his position shaking his head. Tanner Arden made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Fabian Lott sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th match minute, Mexico86 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cameron Watson to maneuver through the defense. Fabian Lott recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mexico86's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
