Spectators: 8487 (Terracing: 6367, Seating: 1951, VIP seats: 169) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marvin Hawkins kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Elkhorn's goal looked a bit too open when Karahan Uçkan came free, but Earl Rutledge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Marvin Hawkins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but D.J. McCollum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Earl Rutledge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karahan Uçkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Earl Rutledge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macías Pajazo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Macías Pajazo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Earl Rutledge. Elkhorn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Macías Pajazo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Karahan Uçkan sped through Elkhorn's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Earl Rutledge. D.J. McCollum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marvin Hawkins in the 24th minute of play. After 24 minutes of play, Elkhorn's Marvin Hawkins made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. D.J. McCollum was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, UC Berleley's Earl Rutledge threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Karahan Uçkan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Earl Rutledge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Tillman in the 35th minute. Gerard Leal struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. D.J. McCollum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elkhorn. D.J. McCollum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marvin Hawkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as UC Berleley's Gabriel Tillman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Earl Rutledge. That made the score 4-1 after 39 minutes of play. In the 42nd minute, UC Berleley's Macías Pajazo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Earl Rutledge. Earl Rutledge yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-1. Earl Rutledge made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Astijus Gimbutas sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

UC Berleley's Adam Yu was substituted for Gabriel Tillman. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leopoldo Sesuldo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match, Sydney Quinones tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but D.J. McCollum saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Earl Rutledge didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leopoldo Sesuldo went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Elkhorn's Earl Rutledge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Macías Pajazo in the 58th minute of play. D.J. McCollum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sydney Quinones, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 62 minutes UC Berleley's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Owen Malone who took care of the corner kick. Elkhorn's Owen Malone was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but D.J. McCollum in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 63rd minute, Leopoldo Sesuldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Earl Rutledge was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Macías Pajazo took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Earl Rutledge. Earl Rutledge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. After 69 minutes, Warren Schafer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elkhorn and the UC Berleley players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th minute, Warren Schafer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Karahan Uçkan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UC Berleley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-1. Earl Rutledge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Macías Pajazo in the 78th minute of play. Earl Rutledge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karahan Uçkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Macías Pajazo scored 10-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Earl Rutledge, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Earl Rutledge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Sesuldo in the 83rd minute of play. Earl Rutledge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Varner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Avery Zamora fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elkhorn's protests and gave Avery Zamora a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute, one of Elkhorn:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Elkhorn. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Sesuldo in the 92nd minute of play forced Elkhorn's goalkeeper Earl Rutledge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Macías Pajazo took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Earl Rutledge. Earl Rutledge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-1.
