Berart Baiges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicky Bryson in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th match minute, C. A. Pipon Pipon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesario Irazu to maneuver through the defense. In the 9thth minute of the game Nicky Bryson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lake Wales FC's Berart Baiges was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danial Salter got free with Jannes Ruttens in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicky Bryson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berart Baiges having to interfere. After having played for 14 minutes, Denver Mayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lake Wales FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denver Mayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Timothy Cottrell came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jannes Ruttens could save by the left post. Lake Wales FC's Berart Baiges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicky Bryson in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Garth Wray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannes Ruttens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match Lake Wales FC got a corner. C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Danial Salter ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of C. A. Pipon Pipon booed when Lake Wales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garth Wray didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicky Bryson in the 25th minute of play forced Lake Wales FC's goalkeeper Berart Baiges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Ronalds Koeman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Berart Baiges showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Danial Salter who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Jannes Ruttens when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of C. A. Pipon Pipon booed when Lake Wales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denver Mayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The C. A. Pipon Pipon fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when C. A. Pipon Pipon's Nicky Bryson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pipon Pipon's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Danial Salter who took care of the corner kick. Lake Wales FC's Danial Salter was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jannes Ruttens in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Figueroa in the 42nd minute of play forced Lake Wales FC's goalkeeper Berart Baiges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berart Baiges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicky Bryson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jannes Ruttens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garth Wray in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Nicky Bryson made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesario Irazu in the 51st minute of play forced Lake Wales FC's goalkeeper Berart Baiges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rdth minute of the game Francesco Figueroa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lake Wales FC's Berart Baiges was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Francesco Figueroa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Cristóvão Ortiz hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes C. A. Pipon Pipon got a freekick which was hit by Cristóvão Ortiz. 73 minutes into the game, Danial Salter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Jannes Ruttens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Lake Wales FC's Danial Salter in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalie prevented a goal. Lake Wales FC were furious when Phillip Calhoun was red carded, 79 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Merlin Riley was substituted for Cesario Irazu. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Lake Wales FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of C. A. Pipon Pipon:s goal. After a rather tough play, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Nicky Bryson got a free kick in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicky Bryson in the 86th minute of play forced Lake Wales FC's goalkeeper Berart Baiges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berart Baiges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malcolm McIntosh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C. A. Pipon Pipon were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Lake Wales FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Al Whatley took the corner. After taking down the ball on C. A. Pipon Pipon's corner Al Whatley fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Berart Baiges quite easily take care of the ball. Malcolm McIntosh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Berart Baiges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C. A. Pipon Pipon's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
