The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dexter Holt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Neil Dougherty replaced King Naldo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lionel Cronin in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Dutton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Panathinaikos FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Merlin Sweeney hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, 姚平沙 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Indrek Veskimeister had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Duncan Fielden made an important save on a dangerous shot by Indrek Veskimeister in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute Lionel Cronin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Dutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Mila Doce's goal looked a bit too open when Dexter Holt came free, but Duncan Fielden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dexter Holt ran back to his position shaking his head. Mila Doce's Duncan Fielden proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Mila Doce from getting a goal against them.
