With a little luck, NDG Fury FC's Theron Dooley got control of the ball when Carlos Tello tried to sneak it across the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Azzurri FC's Carlos Tello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Theron Dooley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mårten Arenstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Loramendi Valdivia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Maurice Bler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, NDG Fury FC's Theron Dooley got control of the ball when Carlos Tello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Theron Dooley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosario Cardona in the 29th minute of the match. Mårten Arenstedt struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Loramendi Valdivia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NDG Fury FC. In the 34th minute Mårten Arenstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loramendi Valdivia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute Rosario Cardona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theron Dooley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Theron Dooley came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Azzurri FC's Rosario Cardona. But to his dismay, Rosario Cardona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. NDG Fury FC's attentive Maurice Bler managed to snatch the ball when Ramon DuLin made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. After some careless play in the NDG Fury FC defense, Rosario Cardona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Theron Dooley. The NDG Fury FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Theron Dooley should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Tello made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rosario Cardona in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Theron Dooley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Norman Ayala hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Loramendi Valdivia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mårten Arenstedt's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Loramendi Valdivia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mårten Arenstedt in the 75th minute of play. NDG Fury FC made a substitution. Jimeno Barea replaced Telesphore Diamond. NDG Fury FC's Benjamin Davies was substituted for Chauncey Veilleux. NDG Fury FC were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Azzurri FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mårten Arenstedt took the corner. In the 86th match minute, Azzurri FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon DuLin to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the game, Stan Pitre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Theron Dooley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stan Pitre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Theron Dooley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Azzurri FC were the better team. Azzurri FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
