The audience was convinced that Luzea Badia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evarado Cazarez was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Campeon del Siglo's zone, Luzea Badia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evarado Cazarez came out of the goal and Luzea Badia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 59 played minutes C. D. Lury got a freekick which was hit by Vigil Rellan. In the 61st match minute, Campeon del Siglo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Monico Moreyre to maneuver through the defense. Campeon del Siglo's Evarado Cazarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luzea Badia in the 62nd minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Campeon del Siglo's goal looked a bit too open when Luzea Badia came free, but Evarado Cazarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute Luzea Badia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evarado Cazarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tello Tarriba kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 87 minutes, Oro Marron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Campeon del Siglo and the C. For all the effort they put into the match, the Campeon del Siglo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C. D. Lury.
