But to his dismay, Lautaro Millanao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 35th minute, Amaru Marileo made a precise shot to the right of Natanael Brown. Colo-colo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 43rd minute Lautaro Millanao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natanael Brown saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colo-colo! Teodoro Langdon hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Alberto Gorigoytía in the 69th minute of play forced Colo-colo's goalkeeper Natanael Brown to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leftraro's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
