Natanael Brown showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Pellegrini, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Raúl Cañas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th match minute, Michi House was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Val Almendros to maneuver through the defense. Vasco Masson charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vasco Masson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 28 minutes into the match, Orlando Aguirrebeña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Natanael Brown. Colo-colo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Aguirrebeña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Hugo Carlini in the 31st minute of play forced Colo-colo's goalkeeper Natanael Brown to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Colo-colo getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. José Alberto Galdames hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Michi House's Orlando Aguirrebeña tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Natanael Brown made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Pellegrini in the 37th minute of play. Patricio Casanova lost his temper 40 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Colo-colo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! Orlando Aguirrebeña shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 45th minute, Camilo Pellegrini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Natanael Brown was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4.

The wind increased when Ismael Nazario Cisternas made the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Colo-colo got a freekick which was hit by Lolo Vivero. Camilo Pellegrini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Natanael Brown read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Colo-colo's Ismael Nazario Cisternas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodosio Yanque made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. When Michi House's Orlando Aguirrebeña in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Natanael Brown yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. After a defensive mix-up in Colo-colo's zone, Orlando Aguirrebeña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natanael Brown came out of the goal and Orlando Aguirrebeña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orlando Aguirrebeña in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Natanael Brown prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Natanael Brown didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Michi House's Orlando Aguirrebeña shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-6 in the ordered_time% minute. Colo-colo's Natanael Brown proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Colo-colo from getting a goal against them. With his leg Natanael Brown managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Michi House's Florín Forlan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Raúl Cañas struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Teodosio Yanque didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colo-colo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Pellegrini got free with Natanael Brown in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 94 played minutes Michi House got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Ditzel. Camilo Pellegrini charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Pellegrini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th minute, Camilo Pellegrini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Colo-colo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Michi House were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
