After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Dorian Sergipano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barre Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Dorian Sergipano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chico Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute, Válter Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nuno Donato made a kick off. Christian Fantini hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After 54 played minutes Barre Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Escobar. Válter Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of Barre Futebol Clube booed when Glycerio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee ignored Barre Futebol Clube's protests and gave Romeo Escobar a yellow card for diving instead. Elias de Medeiros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Barre Futebol Clube's Elias de Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Téo Pinho in the 87th minute of play. Christian Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barre Futebol Clube's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
