After a rather tough play, Sampaio Correa AFC's Pedro Corrêa got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 71st minute, Edgar Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cibauma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Adrianinho Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Moisés Rodrigues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, Cibauma's Edgar Moreno made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moisés Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! 95 minutes into the match, Adrianinho Simão notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Sampaio Correa AFC's Moisés Rodrigues. Moisés Rodrigues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Cibauma were the better team. Cibauma's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
