Nestor Galvão came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Curupai's Edson Simão. Jefferson Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Galvão having to interfere. Nestor Galvão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th match minute, Curupai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jefferson Couto to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Jefferson Couto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nestor Galvão. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loramendi Ugarte in the 66th minute of play forced Paragua SS's goalkeeper Nestor Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 minutes of play, Curupai's Mário Lara made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nestor Galvão was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nestor Galvão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edson Simão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Curupai's Edson Simão got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Claudinei Veloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Loramendi Ugarte kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nestor Galvão. That made the score 0-10 in the 92 minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Paragua SS's goalkeeper Nestor Galvão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edson Simão. When the match was over Curupai could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Paragua SS throughout the match.
