After a defensive mix-up in AC Boa Vista's zone, Emil Kornecki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Paulo Barreto came out of the goal and Emil Kornecki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Kornecki in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Paulo Barreto saved AC Boa Vista from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, Sailor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Qian Ping came free, but Sidnei Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ragnar Kiis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ragnar Kiis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Shi Qian Ping got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 minutes, Tomás Barral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sailor FC and the AC Boa Vista players grew even worse after the yellow card. The coaching staff of AC Boa Vista protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Flori Zhobro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 44th minute, one of AC Boa Vista:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AC Boa Vista.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ragnar Kiis made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Sailor FC's Mané Bittencourt got a free kick in the 51st minute. Zé Paulo Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Kornecki in the 53rd minute of play. Ragnar Kiis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Sidnei Vidal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ragnar Kiis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sidnei Vidal firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Ragnar Kiis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, Sailor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Mazza came free, but Sidnei Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joélson Mineiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Joélson Mineiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sailor FC's Sidnei Vidal did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ragnar Kiis got free with Sidnei Vidal in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Tomás Barral came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Sailor FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Barral couldn't finish the play. Sidnei Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas da Rocha in the 88th minute of play. Joélson Mineiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sidnei Vidal. Sailor FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Kornecki in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Paulo Barreto saved AC Boa Vista from getting behind. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
