Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vitinho Hoffmann in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amos Nero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adhemar Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adelino Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitinho Hoffmann in the 24th minute of play forced Atlético-MG's goalkeeper Amos Nero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes Atlético-MG's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wanderson Simão who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Wanderson Simão got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amos Nero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 27 minutes into the game, Atlético-MG's Sydney Antunes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adhemar Dantas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Adhemar Dantas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Coelho went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Loud Academy FC defense, Sydney Antunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adhemar Dantas. The Loud Academy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adhemar Dantas should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute, Sydney Antunes made a precise shot to the right of Adhemar Dantas. Loud Academy FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. 45 minutes into the match, Loud Academy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sydney Antunes came free, but Adhemar Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Loud Academy FC defense, Adelino Perez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adhemar Dantas. The Loud Academy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adhemar Dantas should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd match minute, Loud Academy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edson Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. Sydney Antuness short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Adhemar Dantas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Loud Academy FC booed when Atlético-MG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasily Yaskovich didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute of the match Wanderson Simão sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amos Nero skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Vitinho Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loud Academy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitinho Hoffmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amos Nero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute Adelino Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adhemar Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sydney Antunes in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adhemar Dantas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Loud Academy FC's Arí Travassos got a free kick in the 69th minute. Atlético-MG's Luiz Coelho got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sydney Antuness short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Adhemar Dantas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adhemar Dantas made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Adelino Perez sent off a good shot on target. If Sydney Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adhemar Dantas stood somewhat misplaced when Luiz Coelho came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 81 minute. When Sydney Antunes was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. Sydney Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Adelino Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adhemar Dantas having to interfere. Juan Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amos Nero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitinho Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adhemar Dantas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Coelho went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Atlético-MG left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Loud Academy FC.
