Poul Knoblauch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Miguel Mazza charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Mazza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Nascidos Para Jogar F.C getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Miguel Mazza hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, Robert Baita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anselmo Furlan. Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Baita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Anselmo Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Luiz Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Robert Baita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Anselmo Furlan made a huge save. ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Poul Knoblauch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Augusto Fenomeno in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Miguel Mazza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Poul Knoblauch was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Anselmo Furlan made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Robert Baita sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute, Pedro Augusto Fenomeno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
