Eric Ramires could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but José Maria Quirino made a huge save. 11 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fabiano Sena came free, but Oliverio Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18thth minute of the game Luiz Fabiano Sena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AS Pikachuzim's Oliverio Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charlton Livingston made in the 20th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luiz Fabiano Sena immediately put the ball in play. Ronaldinho Fenomeno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Maria Quirino having to make a save. Bizard FC's José Maria Quirino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Bizard FC from getting a goal against them. José Maria Quirino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Fenomeno in the 25th minute of play. AS Pikachuzim's Eric Ramires got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AS Pikachuzim's Oliverio Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fabiano Sena in the 42nd minute of play. Facundo Campa charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Facundo Campa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rd minute, Facundo Campa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bizard FC's Caco Damião was substituted for Breno Borges. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronaldinho Fenomeno was the one to do the kick off.
