Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Natalio Nesor came out of the goal and Constantino Ramond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute Fidel Canor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Ereinotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes, Ladislao Lazcano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El fenix FC and the Winifreda players grew even worse after the yellow card. Guaberto Lalla took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Venancio Ereinotz. Venancio Ereinotz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Fidel Canor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winifreda's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Canor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Venancio Ereinotz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th match minute, El fenix FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Lazcano to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Guaberto Lalla could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Venancio Ereinotz however easily saved by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fidel Canor was the one to do the kick off. Nemesio Venceslas kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Venancio Ereinotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Lalla in the 55th minute of play. Guaberto Lalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 58 played minutes El fenix FC got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Ramond. A collision led to Winifreda getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Freddy Tiso hit a great ball. El fenix FC's Venancio Ereinotz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Lalla in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Ricardo Euloxu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Natalio Nesor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd minute, Guaberto Lalla made a precise shot to the right of Venancio Ereinotz. El fenix FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Venancio Ereinotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Lalla in the 86th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in El fenix FC's zone, Fidel Canor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Ereinotz came out of the goal and Fidel Canor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Winifreda's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonas Urki in the 91st minute. After taking down the ball on Winifreda's corner Jonas Urki fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Venancio Ereinotz quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Guaberto Lalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winifreda's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Lalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Venancio Ereinotz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
