Spectators: 7380 (Terracing: 5536, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 147) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Angelo Terciero got the match started through his kick off. The throw-in from Domingos Rolado in the 8th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by LA COLMENA F.C's Hipolito Fernandes. German Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Ponce having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Julio Velasco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Felipe Ponce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 18 played minutes Medinas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Rolado. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelo Terciero in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Rivero saved Medinas AFC from getting behind. In the 22nd minute LA COLMENA F.C were awarded a corner. Federico Txomin went to the cornerflag to take it. 25 minutes into the match, German Cardoso notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of LA COLMENA F.C's Felipe Ponce. Felipe Ponce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcial Rivero made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Eleuterio Piearres sent off a good shot on target. Julio Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. German Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Diego Montrell charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Montrell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, LA COLMENA F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Montrell to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 42 minutes, Julio Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Medinas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Daniel Buinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felipe Ponce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from German Cardoso went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After the first half Medinas AFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Inocencio Erasto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the game, Julio Velasco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Felipe Ponce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. German Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Felipe Ponce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Rivero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelo Terciero's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. When Angelo Terciero came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the LA COLMENA F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Terciero couldn't finish the play. Marcial Rivero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Piearres, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After having played for 86 minutes, Angelo Terciero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA COLMENA F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Terciero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Although LA COLMENA F.C had been in control for most of the match, Medinas AFC still came away with the win.
