Spectators: 7261 (Terracing: 5447, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edgard Cordario made the kick off which started today's match. Isidoro Manny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damian Vachon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Cordario in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute Edgard Cordario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Vachon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isidoro Manny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute, Edgard Cordario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damian Vachon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Victorino Harkaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gustavo Betadur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Melquiades Farias fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.Los Gurisee's protests and gave Melquiades Farias a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Melquiades Farias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, Alter Ego's Jairo Maties broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 29 minutes into the game, Lázaro Soter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A.Los Gurisee's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alter Ego the free kick. The supporters of Alter Ego booed when C.A.Los Gurisee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Soter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgard Cordario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C.A.Los Gurisee's Damian Vachon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Manny in the 42nd minute of play. Anastasio Amaya blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damian Vachon having to make a save. If Edgard Cordario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The C.A.Los Gurisee players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alter Ego were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Victorino Harkaitz made the kick off in the second half. Alter Ego's Gustavo Betadur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Harkaitz in the 55th minute of play. Edgard Cordario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Basajaun charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santo Basajaun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th match minute, Alter Ego was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Cesaro to maneuver through the defense. Damian Vachon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Cordario, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Isidoro Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Betadur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Harkaitz in the 79th minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match, Isidoro Manny got a very nice opportunity to score, but Damian Vachon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 86th minute Alter Ego were awarded a corner. Jairo Maties went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Jairo Maties almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C.A.Los Gurisee's Damian Vachon did a great save. Edgard Cordario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Vachon having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Los Gurisee's zone, Edgard Cordario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Vachon came out of the goal and Edgard Cordario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Joaquin Nuxila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alter Ego played a much better game than C.A.Los Gurisee and deserved their victory. The C.A.Los Gurisee players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
