Jeronimo Cidro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute of the match, Jeronimo Cidro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Augusto Batalla was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Isidro casanova booed when Diego Maradona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Bonadona didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Friedrich Schlegel made the kick off in the second half. Leopoldo Handi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wandy Petera in the 53rd minute. Leopoldo Handi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wandy Petera showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 53 minute of play. Erubiel Bonadona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Handi having to interfere. One of Isidro casanova:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Diego Maradona:s goal. In the 76th minute, Jeronimo Cidro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Batalla was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. After 78 minutes, Friedrich Schlegel made it 5-2 with a short kick to the right side. Diego Maradona's Augusto Batalla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Leopoldo Handi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wandy Petera in the 83rd minute of play. Augusto Batalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Friedrich Schlegel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Friedrich Schlegel came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Isidro casanova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Friedrich Schlegel couldn't finish the play. 6-2 became the score in the 94th minute when Friedrich Schlegel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Diego Maradona players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Isidro casanova.
