Adrian Sotero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victoriano Selatse in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Faro AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilian Breckenfeld came free, but Adrian Sotero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Válbson Luz in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Sotero saved Faro AFC from getting behind. Adrian Sotero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válbson Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristides Tauro during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61stth minute of the game Wilian Breckenfeld who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Faro AFC's Adrian Sotero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rüsselkäfer F.C. Faro AFCs' Romeo Tino made a terrific save as he just managed to stop Zeledon Erdianos penalty just before it crossed the line at his left post. Válbson Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Faro AFC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Cristian Urtsin hit a great ball. The Rüsselkäfer F.C support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
