Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luciano Tolino kicked off to start the match. Ambargasta's Charlie Sundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Ricart in the 6th minute of play. Jimeno Diegotxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulises Esiquio having to interfere. After some careless play in the Ambargasta defense, Luciano Tolino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charlie Sundin. The Ambargasta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charlie Sundin should have stopped the shot. Aquilino Loiola's late challenge caught a Caldera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquilino Loiola helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ambargasta getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Aquilino Loiola hit a great ball. Jacobo Fonticoba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulises Esiquio having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Ricart in the 23rd minute of play forced Ambargasta's goalkeeper Charlie Sundin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Jimeno Diegotxe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulises Esiquio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Aquilino Loiola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 33 played minutes, Ambargasta's Rogelio Tauro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ulises Esiquio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ambargasta reached it. Jacobo Fonticoba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 37 played minutes Ambargasta got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Amor. 41 minutes into the match, Jacobo Fonticoba dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ulises Esiquio, 3-2. Ulises Esiquio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Diegotxe in the 44th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jacobo Fonticoba made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Jacobo Fonticoba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulises Esiquio. Caldera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacobo Fonticoba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Jimeno Diegotxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ulises Esiquio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clemente Silviano hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Jacobo Fonticoba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulises Esiquio. Caldera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacobo Fonticoba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. Jimeno Diegotxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 played minutes, Ambargasta's Zeledon Amor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ulises Esiquio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Ulises Esiquio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute Jimeno Diegotxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Esiquio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Tolino in the 92nd minute of play forced Ambargasta's goalkeeper Charlie Sundin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eriberto Medero got free with Charlie Sundin in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ambargasta fully deserved thier win.
