After 15 played minutes Ambargasta got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Tonete. 18 minutes into the match, DRJ's goalkeeper Damian Sendoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimeno Diegotxe. 21 minutes into the game, Ambargasta's Jimeno Diegotxe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damian Sendoa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 30 minutes into the match, Jimeno Diegotxe notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of DRJ's Damian Sendoa. Damian Sendoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute, Jacobo Fonticoba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damian Sendoa. The goal made the score 4-0. In the 36th minute, Ambargasta's Jacobo Fonticoba ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Damian Sendoa. Damian Sendoa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. DRJ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jacobo Fonticoba 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 6-0. Damian Sendoa was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Jimeno Diegotxe capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jimeno Diegotxe really showed his touch with that goal: 7-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severino Lluc was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ambargasta's Jacobo Fonticoba got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Jimeno Diegotxe scored 8-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damian Sendoa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. DRJ's Damian Sendoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Diegotxe in the 64th minute of play. Charlie Sundin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Lluc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the DRJ defense, Jimeno Diegotxe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damian Sendoa. The DRJ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damian Sendoa should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacobo Fonticoba in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Sendoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Damian Sendoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacobo Fonticoba's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Damian Sendoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Fonticoba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ambargasta fully deserved thier win.
