An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 5th minute of play forced Invisible's goalkeeper Franc Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 9th minute, Gabriele Batistuta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Menchu FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 11th minute, Eliseo Leheren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gabriele Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 18 minutes into the match, Invisible's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriele Batistuta came free, but Franc Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Nicolas De La Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Invisible's Nicolas De La Cruz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Camilo Salvidor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 30th minute of the match, Nicolas De La Cruz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Camilo Salvidor saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 32nd minute of play forced Invisible's goalkeeper Franc Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Beltrán could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Camilo Salvidor made a huge save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolas De La Cruz to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Lucas Beltrán notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor. Camilo Salvidor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Invisible's Federico Girotti was substituted for Lucas Beltrán. 63 minutes into the match, Gabriele Batistuta notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Invisible's Franc Armani. Federico Girotti took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Salvidor. Camilo Salvidor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Menchu FC's Mayer Candelo was substituted for Peter Söderqwist. Herbert Pilarski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Invisible's Franc Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Pilarski in the 79th minute of play. Franc Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mayer Candelo in the 80th minute of play. After 83 played minutes Menchu FC got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Carlo. 84 minutes into the match, Ivael Tercero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Salvidor. Menchu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivael Tercero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Franc Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdoulay Doucouré, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Menchu FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Armando Roland in the 88th minute. It was a well-played corner which Abdoulay Doucouré managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Gabriele Batistuta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Franc Armani made a huge save. Invisible's Franc Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Pilarski in the 92nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Invisible had won after a very even match.
