In the 13th match minute, Hoting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Hammarbäck to maneuver through the defense. But to his dismay, William Brovall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of Hoting booed when Höpåsens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evert Larsfält didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Höpåsens BK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Isaac Busk hit a great ball. Magne Harlén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philip Hylander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Hoting defense, Philip Hylander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Magne Harlén. The Hoting fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Magne Harlén should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute, Höpåsens BK's Philip Hylander ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Magne Harlén. Magne Harlén yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Magne Harlén came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by Höpåsens BK's William Brovall. But to his dismay, William Brovall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Hoting getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Per-Olof Lang hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Philip Hylander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Harlén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If William Brovall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th match minute, Hoting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arman Ek to maneuver through the defense. Philip Hylander scored 6-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Magne Harlén, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 79 minutes into the game, Höpåsens BK's Philip Hylander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Magne Harlén made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. If Philip Hylander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Magne Harlén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Brovall in the 85th minute of play. Hoting's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Liljeström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Höpåsens BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
