Spectators: 7277 (Terracing: 5460, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) When Lennart Ekrot came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the IFK Fotskäl fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Ekrot couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Orgulaz BK defense, Dick Johansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens Berglund. The Orgulaz BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens Berglund should have stopped the shot. 12 minutes into the match, IFK Fotskäl's goalkeeper Egon Vikström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sakarias Dahlberg. Jens Berglund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dick Johansson's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Lennart Ekrot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jens Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dick Johansson in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Orgulaz BK's zone, Dick Johansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens Berglund came out of the goal and Dick Johansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Egon Vikström made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Sakarias Dahlberg sent off a good shot on target. Egon Vikström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmie Törnqvist in the 33rd minute of the match. After the first half IFK Fotskäl were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Lennart Ekrot made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Orgulaz BK's Jimmie Törnqvist made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egon Vikström was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 55 played minutes Orgulaz BK got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Ahlbom. Jens Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Ekrot in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Claes Strandberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orgulaz BK and the IFK Fotskäl players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 played minutes Orgulaz BK got a freekick which was hit by Claes Strandberg. Sakarias Dahlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Sakarias Dahlberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egon Vikström was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lennart Ekrot in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jens Berglund saved Orgulaz BK from getting behind. Dick Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Ahlbom kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Dick Johansson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Jens Berglund skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Orgulaz BK's Jens Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Ekrot in the 82nd minute of play. IFK Fotskäl's Lennart Ekrot got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claes Strandberg was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Claes Strandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. If Dick Johansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd match minute, Orgulaz BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Eriksson to maneuver through the defense. Orgulaz BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Lennart Ekrot scored to the left of an out of position Jens Berglund, making the score, 1-2. The Orgulaz BK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching IFK Fotskäl's performance. The match ended with a win for IFK Fotskäl.
