The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Walroth during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 3 played minutes Team-A got a freekick which was hit by David Walroth. After 7 minutes of play, Ängö BK's Georg Kilman made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Torbjörn Månsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Georg Kilman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Målare blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torbjörn Månsson having to make a save. Sture Henriksson made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Walroth in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute, Emanuel Målare ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torbjörn Månsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. David Walroth kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Kilman in the 27th minute of play forced Team-A's goalkeeper Torbjörn Månsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bart Sommers struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Torbjörn Månsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ängö BK. Torbjörn Månsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Målare went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, Team-A's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Kilman came free, but Torbjörn Månsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Georg Kilman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ängö BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Kilman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torbjörn Månsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 47 minutes into the game, Erik Gunnarsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Team-A's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ängö BK the free kick. Erik Gunnarsson hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 53 played minutes Team-A got a freekick which was hit by Erik Gunnarsson. Georg Kilman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torbjörn Månsson having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Team-A's zone, Emanuel Målare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torbjörn Månsson came out of the goal and Emanuel Målare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Torbjörn Månsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Georg Kilman's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torbjörn Ahlbom got free with Torbjörn Månsson in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 74 minutes of play Team-A's David Walroth was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Torbjörn Månsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Kilman in the 75th minute of play. With his leg Torbjörn Månsson managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Ängö BK's Emanuel Målare fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Elliott Ekström charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elliott Ekström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th match minute, Team-A was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elliott Ekström to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the game, Ängö BK's Torbjörn Ahlbom nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Torbjörn Månsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Målare got free with Torbjörn Månsson in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Ängö BK's Georg Kilman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Torbjörn Månsson. That made the score 0-6 after 85 minutes of play. If Georg Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torbjörn Månsson was a little too slow when Emanuel Målare got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-7. Torbjörn Månsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Georg Kilman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 95 minute of play. The Team-A fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ängö BK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
