An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Roger Sundström got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Roger Sundström scored 2-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brian Flinck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. BK Skjutet's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Roger Sundström scored to the left of an out of position Brian Flinck, making the score, 3-0. When Magnus Östlund fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sikfors SK's protests and gave Magnus Östlund a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sikfors SK's Magnus Östlund got a free kick in the 17th minute. With a little luck, BK Skjutet's Brian Flinck got control of the ball when Patrick Bremming tried to sneak it across the goal line. Brian Flinck made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Roger Sundström sent off a good shot on target. Brian Flinck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Mellbad, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 41 minutes, Albin Alströmmer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sikfors SK and the BK Skjutet players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of BK Skjutet booed when Sikfors SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Alströmmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonny Johnsson in the 42nd minute of play forced Sikfors SK's goalkeeper Kjell Nyberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Marcus Mellbad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Flinck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Jakobsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, BK Skjutet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Jakobsson to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Mellbad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Flinck having to interfere. In the 58thth minute of the game Marcus Mellbad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BK Skjutet's Brian Flinck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute, Marcus Mellbad made a precise shot to the right of Brian Flinck. BK Skjutet's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Sonny Johnsson scored 5-3 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kjell Nyberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 72 minutes, Marcus Mellbad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sikfors SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcus Mellbad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrick Bremming in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brian Flinck saved BK Skjutet from getting behind. In the 78th minute, Marcus Mellbad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brian Flinck was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-3. In the 82ndth minute of the game Marcus Mellbad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BK Skjutet's Brian Flinck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Patrick Bremming had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kjell Nyberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philip Arenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Brian Flinck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Mellbad's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. If Marcus Mellbad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Sikfors SK were the better team. Sikfors SK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
