Ishaan42's Ulrik Bollström pulled a muscle in his back after 11 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Claes Stensson fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elliott Wave's protests and gave Claes Stensson a yellow card for diving instead. Tomas Brun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andres Oper in the 17th minute. Ishaan42's Tomas Brun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Ishaan42 from getting a goal against them. Ludwig Fredriksson scored 2-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reine Finkel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Andres Oper made the kick off in the second half. Olov Edström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Andres Oper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes, Ulf Jansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ishaan42 and the Elliott Wave players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th minute, one of Ishaan42:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ishaan42. The referee gave Elliott Wave a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Andres Oper, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ishaan42's Tomas Brun. 3-1. Olov Edström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Brun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Andres Oper managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elliott Wave's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Oper was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Brun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th match minute, Elliott Wave was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Josefsson to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Elliott Wave's zone, Ludwig Fredriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reine Finkel came out of the goal and Ludwig Fredriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 86 minutes, Andres Oper managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elliott Wave's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Oper was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 88 played minutes Elliott Wave got a freekick which was hit by Malte Friberger. After a rather tough play, Elliott Wave's Erik Josefsson got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the referee ended the match the Elliott Wave players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
