Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Johan Hedlund kicked off to start the match. Per Sandberg hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Jävrebyn's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olof Fagerberg in the 5th minute. Jävrebyn's Olof Fagerberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Henning Josefsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Vilhelm Bergström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Peter Wennerström fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Siesta Key FC's protests and gave Peter Wennerström a yellow card for diving instead. Peter Wennerström kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Per Sandberg scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filip Elg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Johan Hedlund charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johan Hedlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 19 minutes into the match, Siesta Key FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Asserlind came free, but Henning Josefsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Erling Böcklund fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Siesta Key FC's protests and gave Erling Böcklund a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Siesta Key FC's Erling Böcklund got a free kick in the 26th minute. Henning Josefsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilhelm Bergström in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Vilhelm Bergström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Siesta Key FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Bergström came free, but Henning Josefsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vilhelm Bergström was the one to do the kick off. Vilhelm Bergström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henning Josefsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Olof Fagerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Henning Josefsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Stig-Åke Back fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Josefsson having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Jävrebyn's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Hedlund came free, but Filip Elg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henning Josefsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilhelm Bergström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Johan Hedlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Elg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig-Åke Back received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Henning Josefsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Vilhelm Bergström notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Siesta Key FC's Henning Josefsson. Henning Josefsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Frans Hök had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
