After 3 played minutes FC IBRA got a freekick which was hit by Hjalmar Målare. Hjalmar Målare charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hjalmar Målare the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, Glommens if's Harald Tidén tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Folke Asklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Kaká, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Grep sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 14 minutes, Hector Ricart made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC IBRA's Folke Asklund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Casado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glommens if's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC IBRA the free kick. In the 20th minute, Teobaldo Casado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Teobaldo Casado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Richard Grep managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC IBRA's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Grep was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Egoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Glommens if getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ricardo Kaká hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the game, Glommens if's Teobaldo Casado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Folke Asklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 35 minutes, Teobaldo Casado made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. FC IBRA's Folke Asklund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Teobaldo Casado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Folke Asklund was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. After 42 minutes, Axel Nordmark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glommens if and the FC IBRA players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Casado in the 46th minute of play forced FC IBRA's goalkeeper Folke Asklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Douglass Hopson made the kick off in the second half. Olof Nyberg kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Folke Asklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Ricart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Teobaldo Casado took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Folke Asklund to make any attempt to save it. FC IBRA's Henric Pettersson was substituted for Tansu İlsu. Folke Asklund was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Teobaldo Casado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teobaldo Casado really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Folke Asklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Casado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hector Ricart came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Folke Asklund could save by the left post. 76 minutes in the game, Hector Ricart fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Folke Asklund having to interfere. FC IBRA's Folke Asklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save FC IBRA from getting a goal against them. After 78 played minutes Glommens if got a freekick which was hit by Axel Nordmark. Glommens if made a substitution. Håkan Hellkvist replaced Harald Tidén. Axel Nordmark hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Hector Ricart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olof Nyberg kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Hector Ricart who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Folke Asklund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match was over Glommens if could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC IBRA throughout the match.
