With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josef Bergren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Josef Bergren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter Piccone in the 7th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Thomas Trulsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Josef Bergren. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Club Ohlsson's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carl Fernkvist in the 13th minute. BK Olympic's Josef Bergren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save BK Olympic from getting a goal against them. Josef Bergren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Trulsson in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Club Ohlsson's Carl Fernkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Josef Bergren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tom Nordkvist during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Josef Bergren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dylan Tombeurs showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 31 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Trulsson in the 33rd minute of play forced BK Olympic's goalkeeper Josef Bergren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, BK Olympic's Torbjörn Näver got a free kick in the 35th minute. Carter Piccone received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Josef Bergren came out and tried to block the shot, but Carter Piccone slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 37th minute. The BK Olympic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Josef Bergren should have stopped the shot. If Carter Piccone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucas Hermansson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Thomas Trulsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josef Bergren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to BK Olympic getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Daniel Abrahamsson hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Carl Fernkvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Josef Bergren skillfully saved the ball. 58 minutes into the match, BK Olympic's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Trulsson came free, but Josef Bergren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. André Lindmark made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Elias Vennerberg sent off a good shot on target. The corner led to Club Ohlsson's Tage Gregersson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. BK Olympic's Josef Bergren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Trulsson in the 68th minute of play. Josef Bergren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Trulsson in the 69th minute of the match. The Club Ohlsson fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0.
