Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Carlo Puglielli made the kick off which started today's match. Carlo Puglielli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerzy Karp came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by FC United's Carlo Puglielli. But to his dismay, Carlo Puglielli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 16 minutes into the match, Gilbert Sowa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerzy Karp. Byala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilbert Sowa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 22nd minute, Beniamin Bejger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 26thth minute of the game Beniamin Bejger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Byala's Jerzy Karp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Beniamin Bejger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jerzy Karp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute Beniamin Bejger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Karp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevinn De Bruyne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jerzy Karp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. After 42 minutes, Lucjan Munko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Byala and the FC United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Byala's Lucjan Munko got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Jerzy Karp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beniamin Bejger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 46 minutes, Carlo Puglielli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlo Puglielli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

51 minutes into the match, Azam Chien-Kwan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerzy Karp. Byala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Azam Chien-Kwan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. A collision led to Byala getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Korneliusz Dresik hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Byala's zone, Carlo Puglielli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerzy Karp came out of the goal and Carlo Puglielli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ştefan Cocârlă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as FC United's Mikolaj Sidor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerzy Karp. That made the score 0-8 after 64 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beniamin Bejger in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerzy Karp saved Byala from getting behind. 69 minutes into the game, Beniamin Bejger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Jerzy Karp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Azam Chien-Kwan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Jerzy Karp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC United booed when Byala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaw Sobczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerzy Karp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beniamin Bejger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Byala defense, Beniamin Bejger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerzy Karp. The Byala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerzy Karp should have stopped the shot. Jerzy Karp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beniamin Bejger in the 91st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Byala's zone, Gilbert Sowa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerzy Karp came out of the goal and Gilbert Sowa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Byala fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
