Fernanco Barma started the match with the kick off. Piet Hermansyah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Ewald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Pim booed when Spookberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Hommes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Spookberg booed when FC Pim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Ewald didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Spookberg got a freekick which was hit by Berry Stevens. 21 minutes into the match, Fernanco Barma notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Pim's Gijs Molhoek. Gijs Molhoek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Spookberg defense, Franz Cambridge kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Piet Hermansyah. The Spookberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Piet Hermansyah should have stopped the shot. Gijs Molhoek made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Fernanco Barma sent off a good shot on target. Franz Cambridge's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Piet Hermansyah read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. After 36 played minutes FC Pim got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Teuben. Piet Hermansyah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Cambridge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernanco Barma got free with Gijs Molhoek in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 41 minutes of play, FC Pim's Johannes Ewald made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Piet Hermansyah was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Guus Nieuwendijk fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Pim's protests and gave Guus Nieuwendijk a yellow card for diving instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Johannes Ewald to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 54 in the game by Johannes Ewald from a close distance when the talented Piet Hermansyah managed to make a qualified save. Spookberg's players were relieved. FC Pim's Gijs Molhoek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernanco Barma in the 62nd minute of play. Edgard Korsma hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Piet Hermansyah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Ewald in the 74th minute of the match. When Spookberg's Fernanco Barma in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Pim's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Fernanco Barma sped through FC Pim's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gijs Molhoek. Piet Hermansyah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Ewald in the 86th minute of the match. Johannes Ewald in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Piet Hermansyah, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 92nd match minute, FC Pim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perivaldo Couto to maneuver through the defense. Spookberg made a substitution. Ed Lubbers replaced Fernanco Barma. FC Pim succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Spookberg had controlled the match.
